Hello! The downloaded .srt file for The Unforeseen does not work when viewing the film, either with Cyberlink PowerDVD 20 or the Windows 11 Films & TV media player.

Suggestions?

I'm not sure how I missed this. The VOD edition should have working subtitles. I see that your original purchase was through VHX. I'm going to email you a version from our Vimeo On Demand. I just rented it myself and played it with CC enabled.
